Should you have made an application yourself and been rejected we may still be able to help, either with preparing and lodging a fresh, more suitable application which complies with the legislation and regulations or else with preparing an appeal, depending on the circumstances, to either the Migration Review Tribunal, the Refugee Review Tribunal or the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
Should the circumstances warrant it we may also be able to assist with applications to the various Federal Courts for review of your application.

In all cases of this nature time is of the essence and you must contact us as soon as possible after you have become aware that your application has been rejected, especially if you are in Australia and your existing visa is about to expire.
