Les Mighalls, BDS LDS LLB(Hons) FACLM, MMIA, Founder and Principal of Migration Assistance Australia. Originally trained as a dental surgeon at the University of Sydney, Australia, Les also qualified with a Honours degree in Law from the University of London, England. A published author on business management, he has also lectured nationally and internationally on business management and business and taxation law. Formerly an equity partner in a Business and Taxation Law firm, he now concentrates solely on assisting our migration clients. In addition to handling all our business visa applications, his particular areas of expertise also include complex partner and family visa cases, especially where there are medical issues involved, as well as MIgration Review Tribunal appeals and all visa applications where there are 'character' issues, for example when a client has a history of criminal or other convictions. His Migration Agent registration number is 0639714. He is also a member of the Migration Institute of Australia.
